If I thought my life was interesting before, it’s nothing compared to now. At heart I’m still just Montana Stanford, West End Brat. But now, I’m also garnering fame, wealth, and power I could never have dreamed of. With those things come new perks, but also new responsibilities and, of course, new dangers. 

It seems no matter how hard I try to stay out of trouble, it still finds me. From assassination attempts, to stalkers, and what is shaping up to be an all out war, it’s consuming my life like a tidal wave. 

I’m trying to choose my actions wisely but it’s becoming more difficult by the day, as the threats that once affected only me are now trying to drown those I love most. I refuse to be their downfall and I refuse to lose a single one of them. 

It’s time to make a stand. It’s time to take back control. Win or lose, it’s time to embrace the tide.
